Enabling Accrual Balances
For the optional My Accruals section to displays accrual balances on the Employee Dashboard, a manager must complete the following steps:
- Set Clairvia Web to display accrual balances
- Set accrual types in Staff Manager Administrator
- Identify the source for accrual data in Staff Manager Administrator
- Select Show Accrual balances when configuring the Employee View.
Managers have three ways to put accrual data into Staff Manager.
- Manually, using the Staff Manager Client Off time Accounting feature
- Automatically, using an HRIS Import Interface
- Automatically, using an Accruals Import Interface
Whichever method they use, managers should update accrual balances regularly. A best practice is to update balances at least once per pay period.
