Who's Here Overview
The Who's Here? page is only available if you have enabled it in your application. If you are interested in using the Who’s Here? feature, contact your Cerner Corporation Client Advocate to discuss whether this feature is compatible with your Time and Attendance application.
You can use the Who's Here? page to identify which employees have clocked in using punch data from the Punch Import file, a component of the Time and Attendance interface. Based on the data received, this Web page displays which employees in a profile are currently punched in, what their scheduled tasks are, and whether they reported to work on time.
The Who's Here? page has the following sections.
- Not Here: Employees who are scheduled to work but have not punched in.
- Here: Employees scheduled to work who have punched in.
- Float In: Employees who badged or swiped to the cost center of selected profile and are considered floats.
- Float Out: Employees who have a job in the selected profile but who badged or swiped to another profile.
- Punch Received, Not Scheduled: Employees who have punched in but who were not scheduled to work in the selected profile
- Profile employees who punch in but are not scheduled to work are listed in black text.
- Employees in other profiles who badged or swiped to the cost center of selected profile (float ins) but who are not scheduled to work are listed in green text.
- Profile employees who badged or swiped to another profile (float outs) but are not scheduled to work are listed in red text.
Each section also contains the following information.
- Employee: The employee's name.
- Skill: The skill associated with the scheduled task. Under Punch Received, Not Scheduled, the Skill is blank.
- Profile: Shows either the employee's home profile or, for Float employees, the profile they are floating to or from.
- Task: The task abbreviation for the scheduled task. Under Punch Received, Not Scheduled, the Task is blank.
- Scheduled Start Time: The scheduled start time of the selected task for this employee on this date. If the start time was overridden using the Change Work Time feature, the updated start time will display. Under Punch Received, Not Scheduled, the Scheduled Start Time is blank.
- Punch In Time: The time the employee punched in, as received by the Punch Import file. Under Not Here, the Punch In Time is blank. If the employee punches in after the task's scheduled start time, the Punch In Time will have a red background, indicating a late punch.
- Scheduled End Time: The time the employee is scheduled to leave. If the end time was overridden using the Change Work Time feature, the updated end time will display. Under Punch Received, Not Scheduled, the Scheduled End Time is blank.
- Assignment Notes: If the task has an assignment note associated with it, it will display in this column. The Assignment Notes column is optional; you can select to hide or display it by clicking the Configure link in the menu bar and, on the Manager's View tab, looking for the On Who's Here Page section. Selecting the Display Assignment Notes check box displays notes on the Who's Here? page; deselecting the check box hides notes.
