Understanding the Patient Encounter Information Window

The Patient Encounter Information window has three tabs:

The Patient Event History tab displays all actual and expected events for the patient. This includes events for every profile mapped in Demand Manager.
The Patient Progress Pattern tab allows you to see how patients are progressing as compared to either their assigned Library pattern or their Expected pattern.
The Event Management tab allows you to enter Other Patient events to override the workload generated by Demand in order to more accurately capture the Target Staffing.

If your organization has implemented the optional Outcomes-Driven Acuity application, there is an additional tab: Assessment History. This tab allows you to view and print Patient Acuity Assessments for your selected patient.
