Opening the Application

You have two options for opening Clairvia Web.

1. On your computer desktop, click Start, then from the Programs menu, select Staff Manager > Clairvia Web.
2. Double-click the Clairvia Web icon on your desktop.

Either method opens your default browser and Clairvia Web. The first Web page you see is the Login page. Enter your user name and password to open the application.

Note: Cerner Clairvia Support does not have access to your user name and password data. For login help, contact the Staff Manager Administrator or System Administrator at your facility.

Users at single sign-on facilities do not see a login page because they do not have to enter a separate user ID and password for Clairvia Web.
